RTW - Australia - Great Barrier Reef

We arrived in the evening in Cairns, and our hostel was on the outskirds of Cairns. www.calypsobackpackers.com.au (with free Airport-shuttles, and regular free shuttles to the centre of Cairns.)
So we decided to grab some food in the neighbourhood, and go to bed.
The hostel had a really nice Hang-Out atmosphere.

Next early morning we were picked up by www.prodivecairns.com.au to transfer us to their diveshop, to check our diving-gear.
And then straight to our live-aboard for the next 3 days.
We did 11 dives in 3 days (amongst them 2 night-dives).

All dives were really great, but of course some were a bit better than others.
We saw a few Green Sea-Turtles, a few White Tip Reef-Sharks, Barracuda, Moray Eel, plenty really large Humphead Parrotfish, Stingrays, Nemo, and many other really nice fishes.

After 3 days we came back in Cairns, and explored the Esplanade near the beach.
The city-centre had a really nice vibe, with plenty of open spaces, grass, pools, free BBQ’s for everybody to use,...

Next morning, we took the Greyhound-bus to Townsville, where we took the ferry to Magnetic Island.
